Good day i had tennant living in my back yard for about 6 months they didnt pay rent so i said to them they must move out i told them they can take their personal belongings and leave the rest until they can pay me they agreed and took their things and put it into the garage with a promise that they wil come and pay the following weekend they still havent paid me and when i ask them they say that they wil come the weekend but they dont come. Am i allowed to sell their things to get my money back. The contract that they singed states that i can sell it but am i allowed to do that
