Good day 

I need advice my husbands car has just been taken away from us we needed a loan and found a place that you can pawn your car and drive it it's called the bank it in Northriding randburg the owner is Ben smit we took it in January this year and signed a contract to pay the interest by agreed date and we have been paying it's been 4 months today the tracking guys came to take the car away saying we haven't paid anything we Called the owner and he said that we haven't paid and the interest every month all of a sudden is 30% each month we have proof of payments what can we do now please 😣 us my husband is the only one working and that's our only car
