Me and my wife are married in community of property, we are busy to divorce but there are still a few things that needs to be finalized on our agreement, I am looking at a property that I can rufuse,
Do my wife still have to sign if I want to buy the property, or can she sign some document stating that the property is outside of our agreement, Also if she needs to sign still stating that the property belong to me after the divorce
Can the property be only on my name if she makes a agreement or only after the divorce
