Good morning

I want to find out my father left me money which was in a benefit fund. My father passed away in 2013 and me, my siblings and my mother were pendant on him. In 2014 my mother applied to get some of this money from the benefit every month to look after us. I movd out of the house in 2016 on my 18th birthday and i havent spoken to her since. Im now 21 and i found out shes still been taking 2000 every month from this benefit and she hasnt looked after or paid anything for me since i moved out. I didnt even know about this fund until my sister told me about it. She also took money from another benefit every month after my 18th birthday which i didnt know about and also only found out when it was finished. that was 15months after my 18th birthday. Is there any legal action i can take against her?
