We have a court order for our foster children, and yesterday their mother requested a photo of them, but after a lot of deliberation and not being comfortable with it as we do not want photos of them on social media, we consulted the case worker and she said we could send her one.
This morning we noticed that she had set this image as her profile photo on WhatsApp, and according to us, it counts as social media. Is there anything we can do legally to get her to stop doing things like this?
