I would like some legal advise regarding my Landlord.
We have been living in the property for more than 5 years. Due to death and a month of unemployment, we are in arrears with rental. f
Final Demand has been received and we have 20 days to pay outstanding monies due which we are able to do, but on the same date as the Final Demand stipulating 20 days, we are served with a notice to vacate.
Please advsie what our rights are in this situation
