Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng

I have built at a boyfriend's place which is not registered to him but the property was given to him by his mother. The reason l build there Was for my kids to feel comfortable as l moved in with the guy and the yard was full of shacks. We broke up with the guy and we wrote an agreement that after 3 months l will go back to take my material and demolish the buildings. Before 3 months he convinced me that the material won't be any good use it will be a waste from my side instead l must continue collecting the rent for 3 years l said to him l would prefer 5 years as l have spent all my money there not only for building he refused and said 3 years. I lost my job while l was with him hence l build to make sure there was an income to support us as he was unemployed. The first week l met him he was beaten up by the community that he forced him self on a 15 year old. And he said she was not 15 and there were dating at the time. I did not want to judge him at the time because l did not know what was the truth he was a nice honest person so l believed him and also said if he is guilty the law will punish him. Year went pass the cousin of the guy moved in with us from eastern cape to look for work he was sleeping with her in our house l found out and confronted the girl she denied it l kicked out of the house and told the guys family that she was sleeping with him brother they did not believe me until she told other family members she was pregnant by him and opened the case for rape. Now l did not know what to do l have already invested so much there and moved my child to the school there l had to continue staying there until year end so my child doesn't have to move to another school twice in a year. We were not intimate we just stayed together until he asked me to move out to stay in the outside room which l have done before he brought another woman at the house while l was there. So instead of moving to the back room l moved out back to my house in another area. I am telling you these so you would have all the information to assist me.
