Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Good day
I am a registered Hollywoodbets client and are playing their online games for years now. Last year my banking details were changed on their site to someone whom are unfimiliar to me. This person played on my account and also did a withdrawal (I did made an screenshot of the persons bank details). I did inform the Hollywoodbets about this and also the gambling board but did not receive any positive feedback. Last month and last week I tried to redeem a voucher but a message popped up stating that they are having issues with their voucher redemption and that I must try again later. I went tried several times and then all of a sudden a message appear that the voucher is invalid. I made contact with one of the Hollywoodbets consultant and I was told that the voucher were already redeemed on another account and due to the POPI ACT regulations they are not allowed to give me the account details. can you perhaps tell me what I should do in this case.
