Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I have been trading second hand goods etc from my Agricultural Holding for years now - operating on a hawker Licence.

Last week the municipallity has issued a warning to me stating that I am trading illegally.  I had to close my container immediately and currently have no income to feed family.

What are my rights regarding this?  My only income is my sales from the container on my property.
