I had some alterations done on my house late in 2023 by a registered building contractor, I have ongoing problems with roof leaks and other areas on the building work and I have still not received my occupancy certificate, He has been back several times during the first half of 2024 to attend to the roof repairs without any success, I have been trying to contact him via various means and he does not answer my calls, return my voice messages, respond to what's app or emails.

There is a 5 year warranty on the project and I would like get some advice on how and what I can do from a legal standpoint to move forward with this matter?
