Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng

I am a tenant with a year lease in place. After signing th lease in November 2014 we were told that the landlord has 2 of his own employees living on the property and that this was not negotiable. One of the guys works for the landloard and pays a small amount towards lights and water and the other works 1 day a week in the garden for his room. They both live in the outbuildings as well as my domestic worker. We now sit with a situation whereby the sewerage pipes are now blocked. My domestic worker is constantly having issues with one of the men regarding things being flushed down the toilet. My landlord says that this is for my account. However, I see it differently as the 2 men are his employees and I am in no way responsible for them, only my domestic worker. Who is responsible then for paying for a plumber?? This is now the second time this has happened.
