Hi There

I recently used a service from a digital company registered and with offices in South Africa Cape Town. The owner of the business in based in Zimbabwe and recommended through a mutual friend.

For the past 3 weeks I have been dealing with the owner in Zimbabwe.

The inital quote and terms was agreed via email.

I agreed to pay 50% deposit for him to get started

Deadlines were consistently not met. if any anything the work presented was making use of free software. Which all that needed to be done was to install. None of the agreed works was met. This led me to cancel working with him.

My question is how do I get my deposit back of R10k?
