Question value: R 300.00

I have a on going matter with a merchant company called Yoco. Which has refused to settle R125 000 to my business after a client made purchases of musical instruments to that value. The reasons i have been given was that the client had used funds he'd obtained from an internet fraud scheme. I have since provided all documentation to prove that the purchase as far as i knew was legal and we did it legally however they have since frozen the funds and have refused to provide any further assistance
