Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal

I have just received a speeding fine (Durban Metro Police Service) from an unmanned portable camera alleging that I was going 94km in a 60km zone. I remember getting the fine, it was a Sunday morning and I had my daughter in the car and as I saw the camera I looked down and said that I was going to get a fine as I was going 75km/hr per my speedometer. I have not been given the option to pay an admission of guilt fine as the 'Chief Magistrate has determined that no admission of guilt be payalbe requiring attendance at court of the driver'. At the bottom of the fine it states ' Further process will be delayed until next month, pending my reply.

I am not disputing that I was speeding but do dispute going over 90km/hr but I also do not want to become involved in a court case. What should I do?

Thank you.
