I have also stated that thy have to keep the deposit for my last month rent due to the fack that i am afraid that im not going to get my deposit back due to them having financial problems.

Now thy are spreading stories that i have not paid the rent for 3 months and that i have not payed for utility's and sending rude meseges to me. Thy have sent me a letter off sdemand from legal aid stating all the above and i have resonded whit the evidince that it is all paid and thy are lying, and legail aid said that thy have informed the client and that thy cant help further.

Today i got a email saying that thy hjave locked the property again whit a chain and that if we enter thy wil have us arrested for trespasing , but my lease is not over yet only ending end of the month and i still have property on the premisis to remove .
