Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day,
I am a photographer, my business is not registered yet as I am the only one in the business for now.
I would just like to know if my photography contract is valid.
I had a client that booked me for their wedding in 2020. My contract states that a 50% non-refundable deposit needs to be paid in order for me to reserve the date and time for the services that I will deliver to them.
The client now cancelled my contract and wants their deposit back.
Please advise if my contract is valid.
Thank you,
Izelme
