Question posted in the General Law category relating to North West
I was involved with a guy, we have a daughter together of who he is not suppoting. during the course of the relationship we agreed that i will take a loan and buy a car that he will be using to generate money as he is unemployed. the car was bought from one of his friends and witn the trust i had on him he lied and told me his friend is truggling to get the original Registration papers. We recently had a disagreement and he left with the car. soon after leaving i asked him to bring the car back since i took a loan for it and i aam paying the monthly instalment that is when he told me that the car is registered under his name and that i will not get is.
still in the relationship, he was very abusive both emotionaly and physically
i would like to know how do i go about retriving the car back so that i can sell it to reduce the debt and be able to provide for my daughter?
