I was dismissed summarily from my job. I had a 6 month fixed term contract . I started 1 May and was asked to leave on 3 June. Up to that point i was getting a hand over of duties. No one consulted me inbetween. It turns out because I didn't put my previous job on my cv that I've now committed fraud and a criminal offence.
Please can you tell me if it's fraud and a criminal offence to not include my previous 2 month job. My skills and diplomas are all 100% legitimate.
The big boss of tge company is in America.....its an American based company and we have a branch in cape town. I'm ready to go to ccma as i feel they've ripped away 5 months income. The contract does sat that 1 month written notice must be given by either party but as of today still no written notice and merely a 2 minute dismissal. Up to 2 June i was under the impression that all was ok at work
