Question posted in the General Law category relating to North West
I am lookinga pensioner from the northwest I was called by on Air TV and offered a deal of a new decoder for R169 per month, but when the date came for my account to be debited I was debited about R300 for devices like showmax etc. Services I wasn't told about during our agreement and on top of that I still had to pay my monthly multichoice subscription of R400 so in total I paid about R700, in April I paid about R1000 for the multichoice and onair TV accounts, for pensioner that is being paid grant that is day light robbery, the first time I called on Air TV they said the problem is fixed while they knew it wasn't and know they sending me from pillar to post over the excessive debiting and have offered no apology or refund
