Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day
I bought a property that was registered on the 10th of January 2022, and on the 13th of January 2022 I received my first levie stament from the body cooperate which I paid. Now I'm getting emails from the seller's conveyor saying I owe them levies money. I'm confused cause they paid their levies money to body cooperate that's where they should get their refund. Please help as I got a letter threatening to take legal actions against me.
