Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi, mfc has misled me. I have been making continuous arrangements regarding my vehicle finance. I have been paying what I could. I was retrenched 2020 due to covid. They have been harassing me. I have been making payments based on what I could afford. I made an arrangement with a lady at mfc. She mentioned I should make a payment of full installment before we could continue. I have made the payment directly after our conversation then she has gotten back to me a while after saying that mfc can not assist me with an arrangement. I am very dissatisfied with the level of poor service given. They continued with a letter from the sheriffs to collect my vehicle. I got scared and arranged for sheriff to collect vehicle. The sheriff then told me I can make an arrangement with the bank to pay off the arrears. He further told me the bank would keep the vehicle for 30 days for me to contact them to come up with an arrangement. After me contacting the bank regarding this arrangement they not even giving me an option to come up with the arrangement and rather telling me that they are going to auction my vehicle. This is very poor service and I am not willing to leave them for misleading me. Please assist me. By leaving your contact number under this comment for me to contact you if you willing to help me
