Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Gauteng
I had a Cell c account which i paid up in full. its been 3 months later and Cell c still did not remove it from my name or allocate the funds paid to Cell c. this has now resulted in getting a bad credit score and affecting me to buy a house. I have logged nomerous calls and case numbers to Cell c but nothing. What can i do?
