Good Day,

On monday Morning they broke in to my car, stole my Batery, Computer box, en cut wires in the process, the total damages is around R 25 000.

The Rental agent knows that there is a crime background in the complex and they have made no improvements towards the safety of the complex only after our incident they hire a security gaurd, but the main gate is always broken, the rental agent also dit not diclose the crime history in the complex.

I want to deduct the dameges from my rent do to loss of income, I had appointments and could not attent it. because i am Sales executive and my car is my income do the the incident and from my point of view neclect of the owners and the rental agency,

Just want to find out what my rights are.
