Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Good day
I hired people to redo my electricity and wiring in my house. They advice they are quilified and I have no idea what is going on by electricity.
I replaced the old main box with a new one and since they worked here we have been experiencing electrical trips and shortage and flames coming from my main box.
I have contacted them for months for my papers and receipts and still today I have not received any.
I was told the wire they used was not proper wiring. They have came out twice to my house with excuses why my electricity just trips and ask me so much money to repair but the same thing happens over again. Me sitting with no electricity and it's dangerous because I have a baby in the house.
Please advise what can I do regarding this.
