Good Morning,
I trust this email finds you well.
Our landlord wanting to give us notice.
Short explination on incidents:
1. landlords 3yr old son made a poo in the pathway. We asked the eldest sun to please clean it. 20 mins went by still nothing happend.
I went to his mother and asked her to please cleaan the poo. Her reponse to me was that they only woke up now time 09:45.
2. On the 3rd of April the landlord came to me asking if we going to pay him. We had a verbal agreement that he will receive his money before the 5th of every month. Reason for that is that my husband found new employment.
I was working at the same work place as the Landlords husband. I found new employment started on the 24-3-2014. Eversince I have left the company, the reaction from her is Personal.
3. Last night 10th April I arrived home about 17:10, walking past the washing lines, there was no washing on the lines.
I then did my washing, when I want to hung it up I found that the all the lines are full.
I then called my landlord and said i'm furious. I told him about the washing lines and could he please find out who's washing is on the lines.
He then went first to his wife, she said that it is her washing and that she never saw me do washing.
So the arguement continued.
landlord came back after a couple of minutes and then told me that he think it is best for him to give us notice so the problems can stop.
I have never even told the landlord that his 3yr old son just urinates outside infornt of my doughter, and other tendants.
Summertime the child walks naked infront of all the tennants and my 6yr old daughter.
Please can you give me advice on what to do. and if the landlord can give us notice. We have a meeting tonight with them.
Heleen
