Gooday my name It's Phindi purchased a vehicle from we buy cars in 11 November 2023 the vehicle showed me flames within the next few days  car eventually stop towards the end of December 2023 logged a concerned it was towed early January supposedly booked for repairs as I had payed for a 6 months consumers protection act which  I was told should the vehicle fail to perform with a period of 6months I have option of ruturning it, swapping or reparing it, at this point is sounded as simple as that the vehicle was given back to me with a week or two  said it was repaired  the issue was the starter actuator they cleaned the debris  and it was good to start they wrote an email as proof of the findings as I ddnt want to leave without such left with the vehicle starting just fine again in March same error popped up red coil on the dash board the car refude to start I  asked them to take it back they said they first need to diagnose it first before they can take such steps  but I said the car is no longer efficient and perfomim as it should it was life harazard as it would jest stop at a traffic circle or while park at the garage it would refuse to start or at the most awkward places as I'm a person who works shifts knocks of anytime work is done betwwen(01am-6am) in the mornings i could get into an accident  it was booked again  19 march this time I was told it was put into for dignosis a number of error appeard red codes they found the battery had also not mounted properly said it short circuited the they said had done mounted it correctly the car is in working condition I refused to take it asked for my refund as I felt it was still within 6momths my 6 months was dues on 11May 2024 they refused to refund and cancel purchase saying they have fixed it I can come and take an test it  on the 17 of April I filled a dispute  with motor ombudsman   I was advise to fetch it since they say is fine and to also avoid any rediculous storage fees that they might come up with but not alter with any work done I stated I would drive it to prove that if it's really fixed coz thats the only way we would know if it's really fixed took took the vehicle on the 30th of April the vehicle game me issues on the 5th of May vehicle refused to start again same error  sent the dealer an email reporting such asked them to fetch their car again becouse I was still well with my  consumers protection warranty rights  they ignored me as they would most of the time till to date the vehicle has been standing in my yard  since 5th May 2024 nothing from ombudsman  they only been saying they busy investigating the matter without any questions asked to show this matter is still Goin on I feel they are for the dealerships they do not fight enough for us we are not protected in any way the last response I got they said they got still cases from 2023 pending the is no time frame mean time I paying 7k every month towards a personal loan I took out for the vehicle to purchase it cash iv lost all hope in them recently text them told the the vehicle has been undrivable since the 5th of May till to date the dealership  customer care manager  acted surprised while I had told him on the email on the 5th of May that the vehicle is not starting   I would like to persue this matter legal route   leave this ombudsman as they  not productive im frustrated cannot go to work  efficiently due to this issue what are my chances if I take the matter legally cancel the miosa process as I do not have time for that  do I have a chance to persue it legally
