Good day .

My name is Portia Zulu, I went into a 6month lease agreement for my startup business in a rental container that is owned by my landlord this was from May to October I paid upfront in May and paid on time in June but July business was bad after my house was broken it to and had equipment stolen, so agreement was after due date of payment each day they'll be a fine daily for up to 2 weeks in that month until rent is paid which I'm unable to do so due to being home and being I'll and no business and I truelly wish to be able to pay the landlord as he also agreed to cancel remainder of lease as per my request condition I settle this month's rent which is fair, but now seeing that I don't have the money as j made income and store has shut down what arrangements can I make with him to pay him in time because now he calls and texts demanding the money even suggesting I go to loan shark with high interest to pay him which I can't as I won't afford to pay them .. I need advice on how to handle this matter of being overdue on rent without money to settle it yet I wish to do so without being harrassed .
