Good morning,I would like to find out what my right is in a case where I am the tenant or tenant-to-be. I have applied at DCI housing development and was approved. I have gone for the indication and paid the required deposit and months rent in advance.Last week I received a msg saying I needed to come in and sign my lease, When I got there I was informed my application was not there and that I needed to apply again.I have been sending emails and calling and messaging on their WhatsApp line, but have not received a response.
What can I do in a case like this?
