Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Dear Sir or Madam,
IN March this year I bought an audi A4 model. In the the time of buying they said it 2.0 TFSI. I did ask them multiple times because I was suspecting that it not 2.0. But said it 2.0. Yesterday I took it to Dekra for testing and I found that the car is actually 1.4 TFSI not 2.0.I was not going to buy it if I knew it 1.4 TFSI because I like cars with bigger engines.
Kindly advise what to do in this case? Can I tell the bank to cancel the contract and and get my money back..What is the best advice you can give
