good day

i need some advice
i want to divorce my husband but he and his mom threathen to take my child away.
we are all living on the same farm, his moms farm and she has been involved in my childs live from day one
im a good mom and work hard to provide for her. my husband does not work and has an alchol problem,drinking every day thats why i want to leave him but im afraid they will take my child away from me
please give me some advice on how things work in sa.
