Hi
I'm in a very stressful situation I need advice
I showed interest in buying a car but I had another car that I was driving.
So I asked the dealership if they can buy my old car I'd buy the new car.
Based on pictures I sent them they offered me me 63000 the after I took it for valuation
I found out they had loaded R65000 I was happy then I went to sign the offer and took my new carI
Now they called me to come back telling me they will now offer me R45000
What's my legal right in terms of them keeping their initial agreement?
SSnowey
