Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
I sold a bakkie today and within hours the buyer called back saying the bakkie has been broken and wants a full refund but when the buyer came forward to inspect the bakkie he was 100% happy and did an immediate payment and now wants to take me to court for a full refund. What is going to happen and will the buyer get full refund after breaking my bakkie which I sold to him in perfect condition
