I am starting a new business. I want to produce, sell, and distribute comic book characters in the form of fine art statues (action figures that doesn`t move). I want to distribute them internationally.
I need rights to be able to use the characters for my statues. I called and emailed the company for a week now, to ask them how I can get the permission from them and how much it will cost.
Do I HAVE to get permission from the company? or is there a forum or something which I can pay royalties to?
