I would like to know concerning the following
Both mother and father executed a joint will in terms of which their estate as been massed.
father passed away in 2004 mother passed away in 2013.The estate would devolve upon
my brother and sister .Sister passed away in 2013 as well . Both brother and sister were not married. Mother made another will which includes myself as executor and also beneficiary which included my brother as above who is mentally challenged.
What happens to the estate. I am looking after my brother who is mentally challenged.
