Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to North West

Their is a company that sells like jse stock tranning course they came to see me at home sign on the one page between the seller and purcher but when want to pay with my amex card they told me that the machine does not take amex card Now they want to keep my liable for the course cd s and layer cost because they say that wat terms and conditions say is also a nother company name on contract witch has parted with the company that sells all this crap and do bussines with then any more but they still use this contract at the back of this contract is the terms and conditions witch idid not sign This is totaly a one sided contract and does not protect any rights of the customer have not recived any cd s or course materiaal but they say that must first pay and am not intrested in the rubish that the sell Now the have send me a layers letter so that must pay for this course
