Hi there,

With regards to Divorce / a Pension Fund, I just wanted to find out if the following Clause is in the original ANC with Accrual Marriage Contract, would my PENSION be excluded from the settlement completely, regardless of the new Law ;

Clause :

"In the determination of the accrual, if any, in the Wife's Estate, the following assets, dividends interest or other benefits which flow from any such assets or her former possession thereof, shall not be taken into account as part of the estate of the wife, either at the commencement or at the, dissolution of the marriage."
