Is it the responsibilty of the debt councellor-after debt review was completed and the clearance certificate issued and sent to the bireaus- to ensure that the bureaus actually amend the client's credit status? I've received my certificate in May 2016 already and am still listed as being under debt review. The Debt Councelor after promising to sort it out , is now not available on email or telephone.
