Hi my name is Lester,

I live in Texas my family filed a Partition Suit in Gonzales County, Texas in 2008. The guy that we sued was serve by the shirff of that county. Our suit was in publications on three different occassions and their were a court appointed Attorney Ad Litem to locate all of the unknown heirs of lands that was part of the suit. The suit was granted by the Judge in 2014 to all of the claiments that was approve by the Attorney Ad Litem. It was a Default Decree Partition And Appointment Of Commissioners. There were an Order attached to the Default Decree ordering the three appointed commissioners and a serveyor to work alon side of the commissioners to partition the lands that was attached to the decree. They had sisty days to do the partition and report back to the court and swear under oath and file their report?  These court people were to be competant and disinterested people didn't obey the judges order?  My family had to hire an attorney to file a Motion and a Order To Compel Partition after the hearing and the order was granted by the same judge who sign the default decree dismissed those first three commissioners and he appointed three new ones and they were order by the court to do the partition and return to court with their report in 60 days and they to disobyed the court order. So my family had to file a second Motion to Compel and it was heard by the same district judge and it was also granted and the judge dismissed those three commissioners? And he appointed another Attorney Ad Litem to do the partition with a stricker order and she had two months to do it and she dissobyed the court order as well?  My family were in disarray because we didn't understand why the people wasn't falling the courts orders and why the judge was alaouding them to do it without any punishment? On Feburary 6th 2016 all of the heirs received a certify letter by United States Postal Service and inside was a file and recorded Order Of Sale signed by the same judge who granted my family the Default Decree and both Motions To Compel without the fileing of any reports by the above mention parties. The letter stated that all of the proceeds will go into the registry of the court and each indivisual heir would have to hire an attorney to find his or her interest in the proceeds and the land?  there were nothing attached to the order of sale showing who the judge had put incharge of the sale of the properties and the Second Decree wasn't never perform and their still hasn't been a ruleing on the final decree?  Me and my family are affrican americans and our forefather's were very Historical Affrican American Land Owners out of the City and Counties of Gonzales, Texas.  They had been on the county tax roll since 1832 until the time of their deaths. We need help real bad because their is alot of conflict of interest and conspiracy and violation of our civil rights in this matter?

Sincerely,

Mr. Lester L. Patterson Jr.
