my husband passed away, wanting to sell my flat. but all paperwork of his estate has been lost at the goverment office in pretoria, now everything has to start over and has to be advertised in gazette again, they say it may take months or years, but before i knew about that i found a buyer for my flat, and things proceeded, and a deposit was paid buy the new buyers, the people renting the flat has now moved out and i am left with no one there to rent, and the sale can not go forward. the rent of the flat was my sole income. what are my rights and where do i go from here
