Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape

I have an airbnb apartment. The tenant arrived late at 1.45 am and said to the person handling the check in that the place was unfirt for his familly and left.He said it was dirty. It had been cleaned that day-we have very high standards, and have a ranking of 9.1 with the booking site-and an average of 10 for cleanliness. The issue was he just didnt like the place and used that as an excuse. He has become very threatening and demanding in terms of wanting a full refund.I ve refunded 2 days, but have withheld the first night, and the cleaning fee-r900

Has he recourse to come after me-he is vey vindictive
