I received sms's from Social network in Uvongo FROM THE 23/09 and they thread me with the following.

Contact Sasha Lee on 0311013400 regarding possible fraud committed from your phone.If no contact is made we will regard it as admission of guilt.The owner of the phone mr Gustaf Zagrys Pienaar ID 5904125057081 may be sommonds and held liable for all costs incurred,fraud charges may be laid at the SAPS.If no contact is made within 24 hours ITC listing will take place.Your details are traced and fraud charges may possible be opened.Reference number 50124.

I did phone back and the lady Sasha Lee play a call back to me where i phone a sex phone service.I admit i did phone on the 11/09 becauce the numer was on my recent call list .The lady on the other side ask me some quistions and i did answer yes -her voice was not very clear to me and she talk about the cost what i did not follow that well  and then she start with her sex talk and i end the call within 15 seconds.

Now this SoCial network send me a bill of R1194 for the call that is R1.99 per second and minimim charge is 10 minutes and Tracing,admin and handeling fees of R600-Total R1794

Possible fraud from me phone and if i dont contact them admission of guilt.Another sms stated a section 57 will be aplied for.Your ITC WILL BE UPDATED and possible criminal charges.Another sms yesterday Application for a warrent of arrest is in process for fraud.If no payment is made within 24 hours the application will be final.

Is this legal and if it is can they blackmail me like that or not.What is the legal time frame to pay if i must pay.
