Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng

Good day, l am a Nigerian by birth and married to a South African lady in community of property, the lady in question has achildren of the ages of 21 and 17 respectively before l married her and gave me a baby girl who is now 3.
My question is surrounding my home, as my wife's younger brother and her 21 years old daughter stays under thesame roof with us but each time l tried to correct or point to the unruly behaviour of any of these wards to my wife, she turns it to an hatred, may l know if under the law, it is compulsory for me to stay with these people, l mean my brother inlaw and her daughter in my matrimonial home, since they dont give me my due respect and if not, how can l seek for their eviction.
Thanks,
Zola
