Hi, I had my 2 aunts assulted this morning by the neighbour. One of the victims has an open wound to her head. The other bruised arm. Both where assulted and thrown to the floor. This is the second assalt by the suspect. The first assalt was reported but nothing happened and he didnot receive any punishment. The case went to court a few times and I am not sure what the outcome was.

He well know for domestic violence and already has a criminal record. What measures can i take to ensure that he is properly taken to task as he poses a risk to the well being of the victims.

Unfortunately they live in a communal flat and he resides on the top level, so he already has access to the common porperty.
