Good day, I would just like to confirm something. I have been renting through a owner and the place has recently been sold. Before I moved in I was provided with a contract, the contract expired last year December. The owner informed me that I only have to move August month-end although should I beable to find a place before that they will be okay with that. I found a place which is available 1st of August meaning that I will have to move July month-end. I informed the owner's of this. She called me this morning informing me that should I move July month-end I will lose my deposit as the contract says August month end. After my contract expired I never received another contract.
