Good Morning

My husband currently held in trail at one of the country's prison.its a complicated case but its under control.

My problem is that the was a nother case where he and the accused settled in court on a amount the he would pay the accuser every month.

Now that he is incarserated for the most of last month till now he count not work and wasnt able to pay the accuser.

Now the accuser is telling me that he is going to re open the case and the investigating officer of that case said that once my husband is realesed on bail later the week he will be arrested again for that case cos its contemt of court.

The prison said that he will be given a letter to state that he was in prison during the time that he was supposed to pay the accuder and cos he dit not work it was not possible.

Can my husband be arrested again or not??

Thank you.
