Hi,
My attorney is not currently available. I need to move out of the house with my kid as the situation at home is just not healthy for my kid. We have just recently started divorce proceedings, but my husband is not willing to accept the standard custody arrangements where we have Co-Parental Roles and Responsibilities but she stays with me as the primary caregiver.
I have already signed a lease on a new property and can move in anytime.
But I cannot move without her nor do I want him to have an opportunity to charge me with kidnapping.
I do not know what to do
