13 th October 2019 was detained for

(Attempted house burglary and possession

Of house breaking implements)

On the 15 October I was charged by Constable Mvelazi.

I was transported to court at about (11:15 am) but never appeared

In front of a Magistrate.

They then set me free at about (13H00) .

I asked the Constable for a letter to release my car from CAMP13

He told me there was no need for it , I should just produce my page they gave me.

18th Oct Monday morning went to camp and they requested a SAP21 form .

Went to police station and was told that Constable Mokgobanama is in charge

Can I please come back tomorrow.

19th Oct Tues morning went to station and again a new I/O constable Kjaje was in charge.

She directly refused to write the form and threatened to arrest me , as she found video footage

And also told me my cars description fits previous House breaking cases .
