Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
I fell inside an unattended drain hole on the highway that has been open for years. I want to know if I can sue my nearest department of transport even though there is a bridge they built just near where I was crossing. At night it is dangerous though because of the robbers so when the taxi drops us we just use the highway. Do you think I have a case?. Thank you.
