Good day, I would like to find out what to do. My vehicle was standing on a companies premises for repairs and it was stolen,  I was informed that they needed to report it stolen which they did not. I reported it now in January.  Who will be held liable for the costs as it was still under HP ?

When was it stolen (the exact date); when did you find out it was stolen (the exact date); and when did you report it (again, the exact date)?
