Goeie dag. Hoop mnr kan my help. Ons was Vrydag 3 Januarie 2020 in n botsing betrokke op die hoek van kerk en Cambridge straat by Ford se robort. Die ander party is die skuldige. Hy bly in Kaap. Hy het gese dat hy sal plan maak om skade op ons kar te betaal. Maar nou bly hy die heeltyd se hy het nie geld nie en igroneer ons boodskappe. Ons het bewyse van n video dat hy skuldig was. Ons het nie daardie geld om n prokereur te kry om hom te dagvaar nie. En ons kan ook nie die AR File by polisie kry nie want ongelukkig het my man nie n lesensie nie. Wat kan ons doen om die man te maak betaal op die skade wat op voertuig is. Volgens paneel kloppers is die skade meer as kar waarde. Ons het nou al geld geleen om te begin om die kar reg te maak. Maar voel hoekom moet ons deur al die hel en swaarkry gaan vir iets wat nie ons skuld was nie.Kan mnr my dalk asb help of raad gee,wat staan ons te doen. Asb.
